We are seeking a Senior Support Consultant to join our team in Porto (hybrid model).
In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Define, develop and maintain EUS capabilities in conjunction and alignment with Infosec and other Technology Services functions;
-Participate in the weekly On-Call with his team;
-Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the companies' group;
-Alignment with Change Management team in definition and maintenance of Service Level Agreements for supported services;
-Accountable, with the team, for planning and managing the maintenance and patching of existing services to agreed levels;
-Responsible, with the team, for ensuring open incidents and requests are addressed according to SLA;
-Ensure capacity management is in place for key services;
-Ensure documentation is up to date, accessible, easy to use, reduces single point of failures within the team, and make the team more efficient;
-Lead by example by taking care of the health and safety of yourself and others.
Relevant Experience:
-More than 3 years of relevant experience as a system administrator;
- Experience with Windows Server Administration;
-Solid experience with Office 365 Administration (Azure, Exchange, SharePoint);
-Knowledgeable in multiple Microsoft services (such as Print server, file sharing);
-Knowledgeable in Exchange;
-Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft End User Applications (Office);
-Use to working under pressure and meeting deadlines;
-Good Level of English (at least B2).
