In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.
We are looking for a Scrum Master to work in this project in Brussels.
What are we looking for?
-6+ years of professional experience in a similar role;
-Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Rally, Jira);
-Sound knowledge of software development methodology & SLCM;
-Sound knowledge of project management methodology;
-Affinity with DevOps (TDD, BDD, CI/CD) is a plus;
-Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Scrum, XP, Kanban);
-Sound knowledge of Delivery management;
-A positive attitude, with empathy, excellent communication skills and pragmatic approach: listen to the team and support the team in their problem solving, create an environment of open feedback and trust;
-Looks further than the day-to-day objectives, enable actions in line with the IT strategy.
