We are looking for a SAP P2P Consultant to work in this project in Aveiro / Porto (flexible hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis of company business processes and contribute to Blueprint development;
- Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom solutions;
- Configure SAP S/4HANA for procurement processes;
- Test configurations and custom developments and conduct functional and end-to-end testing;
- Prepare user documentation and conduct user training sessions;
- Provide go-live support and post-implementation assistance to business users;
- Collaborate with other functional teams for seamless module integration;
- Monitor and resolve issues related to procurement workflows and invoice verification.
Requirements:
- Practical experience with ERP for Retail, SAP FMS, or SAP S/4HANA Fashion and vertical business functionality;
- Recommended experience working in fashion companies;
- At least 7 years of SAP procurement experience focusing on P2P;
- Participation in at least one full-cycle P2P implementation project;
- Strong understanding of the Fiori platform and its applications for procurement;
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) and P2P modules;
- Knowledge of key P2P functions: Source-to-Pay, Purchase Requisitions/Orders, Supplier Evaluation, and Contract Management;
- Experience with invoice verification and handling discrepancies;
- Experience with EDI for supplier integration, including IDocs, SOAP, and oData;
- Familiarity with P2P integration with other modules (FI-CO, SD, PP, LE, ATP);
- Experience with procurement workflows and supplier contracts/agreements;
- Analytical thinking and ability to suggest process improvements;
- Experience preparing FDDs, user guides, and conducting user training sessions;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
