We are looking for a SAP eCommerce Consultant to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris);
- Analyze business needs, and convert to SAP eCommerce specifications;
- Configure, customize, and support SAP Commerce Cloud;
- Integrate SAP ERP, and 3rd-party systems;
- Improve performance, usability and scalability;
- Collaborate with UX, developers and analysts;
- Provide training and support post-go-live;
- Stay current with SAP trends and updates;
- Use service tools, and standard procedures;
- Troubleshoot and resolve recurring issues;
- Maintain documents and knowledge base;
- Knowledge of B2B/B2C models and SAP ERP integration;
- Familiarity with HTML, JS, APIs, and REST/SOAP;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
