We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our new pizzeria, specializing in gourmet pinsas Romanas paired with exceptional wines. Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the success of this unique culinary venture!

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day pizzeria operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.

Customer Service: Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty in our unique pizzeria setting.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue generation.

Inventory Control: Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement strategies to highlight our gourmet pizza and wine offerings, driving business and creating a distinct culinary experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in pizzeria or restaurant management.

Strong leadership and communication skills, especially in the context of specialized culinary offerings.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L statements.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Knowledge of current industry trends.

Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
