We are looking for a Release Manager (SAP) to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in release management, preferably in SAP;
- Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and interaction with SAP vendors;
- Experience in HR and payroll systems, ideally within French regulatory context;
- Proven track record in executing governance processes such as CAB and change control; Familiarity with data compliance and data purging strategies, such as GDPR;
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills;
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams;
- Technologically curious, with an interest in HR tech innovation and automation;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, French is a strong plus.
