We are looking for a Release Manager for a project for Lisbon or Porto (hybrid):
Skills required:
- 5+ years of experience in release management, preferably in SAP;
- Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and interaction with SAP vendors;
- Experience in HR and payroll systems, ideally within French regulatory context;
- Proven track record in executing governance processes such as CAB and change control;
- Familiarity with data compliance and data purging strategies (e.g., GDPR);
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills;
- Strong proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision;
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus;
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to juggle multiple priorities;
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams;
- Technologically curious, with an interest in HR tech innovation and automation;
