Reception / Personal Assistant for Start-Up

Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organised individual, for the opportunity to work and learn in our diverse start-up. Position is full-time, working closely with the CEO to deliver across all aspects of the company.

Required Skills:
- Fluent in European Portuguese and English
- Excellent European Portuguese Written Communication Skills
- Outstanding Organisation and Time Management Skills
- Sales Experience favoured
- Drivers Licence favoured

Tasks:
- Answer calls
- Respond to emails
- Handle queries and requests appropriately
- Assist clients remotely and in person
- Organise and attend meetings
- Communicate and negotiate with associates
- Take notes
- Translate documents
- Purchase Items
- Complete and maintain Inventories

What we Offer:
- 12 months Contrato de Prestaçao de Serviço
- Starting Salary 650 euros per month

Conditions:
- Company operates in several locations including Almada, Lisbon and Cascais. The successful applicant will be required to work between the sites.
