We are looking for a Quality Engineer - Lead for a project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Someone who is good at communication (C1 English level) and managing teams, define test strategies and co-ordinate E2E testing experience;
- Strong experience as QE Lead;
- Experience of Saas solutions, understanding the challenges which come with trying to test them;
- Full lifecycle QE management experience;
- Managing off-shore personnel;
- Experienced in stakeholder management;
- Flexible on SDLC type (waterfall, agile-like, etc.);
- Superb communicator;
- Good leadership acumen (lead up and down the line);
- Strong stakeholder communicator, particularly in selling QE into projects;
- Deliver testing on time, managing all test activities, risks and reporting.
