You come with:
Minimum High School Diploma
Advanced level of English & German (written and spoken);
Minimum 1-year experience performing quality tasks, preferably in a BPO environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills, proactivity, and dedication to providing exceptional service. Ability to manage demanding timelines
Availability to work 24/7 shifts
Residence in Lisbon area
Your day in Conectys:
You will do a quality verification activity in accordance with the company
You will asses a quality verification process and project requirements
You will identify inconsistencies, you will implement measures for remedial, and improvement whenever necessary
You will create and develop quality reports, analyze, and implement improvement opportunities as requested; and agreed with management, within the deadlines.
You will escalate to the higher management any inconsistencies found at a quality level and suggestion of improvement approaches
You will give quality feedback and coaching sessions with required follow up actions
You will develop and implement quality-related training on topics meant to assure adherence to process and product knowledge and assure improvement
