We are looking for a Project / Program Manager to work in this project in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project leadership and process expertise, ensuring deadlines and budgets;
- Engage early with senior leaders across business teams;
- Lead steering meetings to drive decisions, and share risks/issues/dependencies;
- Challenge processes, defend simplicity and gain stakeholder buy-in;
- Ensure system integrators follow fit-to-standard, and govern exceptions;
- Manage program and dependencies across workstreams;
- Handle sign-offs with 3rd parties, integrators, and business;
- Proven experience in full transformation lifecycle of similar scale;
- Strong grasp of business issues, and tech impact;
- Able to thrive in fast-paced PE-owned environment;
- Excellent stakeholders management, coaching and leadership;
- Top-notch planning, organization, and time management skills;
- Able to manage multiple initiatives;
- Skilled in juggling workstreams, priorities, reporting lines, multi-site scope, and change/risk;
- Knowledge of PM tools;
- Experience managing vendors with in time, cost, and budget;
- Fluent in English.
