We are looking for an IT Project Management Officer to work in this project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools;
- Knowledge of Project Management principles, methodologies, and tools;
- Experience in developing Executive Dashboards, Presentations and Business Vision;
- Certifications such as: PMP, ITIL, CSPO and PRINCE are a significant plus;
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Host Prioritization and Service Review with Business / Clients;
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels regarding the status of various IT initiatives in collaboration with Technical Project Leads and IT Manager;
- Handle out-of-department communication and facilitate team-building activities;
- Review Roadmap and Risk assessment in coordination with Architecture and Development;
- Assist IT Manager in day-to-day tasks such as like time tracking and invoices.
