Key Requirements:
Several years of experience in the publishing or e-learning industry.
Have the ambition to set new standards in e-learning.
Are an expert in user research (A/B testing and beyond).
Experience engaging users and keeping them motivated.
Adept at working pragmatically, systematically and creatively.
Have very strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
Can work with interdisciplinary teams across several departments and reconcile different perspectives.
