Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring an experienced Infrastructure / Cloud Engineer for a long term contract role in Lisbon.
As an Infrastructure / Cloud Engineer you will work with cross-functional development teams so that you are able to turn internal and product requirements into well-designed, sustainable infrastructure and internal system solutions that enable efficient software production as well as develop tools and infrastructure to deploy, monitor and manage production services.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar;
- Proven expertise with cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Azure and Google Cloud Platform;
- Advanced knowledge of best practices and experience in code-based configuration, load-balancing, auto-scaling, monitoring, networking and problem-solving in a cloud environment;
- Strong knowledge with containers and orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes;
- Feeling humble and motivated by being able to learn/teach others;
- Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose;
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
