We are looking for an Incident Manager to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience;
- Experience with ServiceNow;
- Knowledge of log analysis;
- Familiarity with THEIA is a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Willingness to learn and evolve;
- Fluent in french.
