Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates
Administer tests, conduct interviews and select qualified candidates
Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate
Be self-motivated to learn and improve daily, have a strong internal drive for achievement and success
Provide industry-best client service in a sales-oriented business development setting
Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment
Search for New business in different industries and close new business

Requirements:
Experience in recruitment or interest in working in the area (preferably with CS language roles)
French OR Dutch native or near native speaker
A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career in international recruitment
Winning mentality
Ability to overcome objections and be persistent
Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency
Excellent level of English - written and oral communication
