We are looking for a Engineering Manager for a project in Lisbon area to work remotely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;
- 8+ years of software development experience;
- 3+ years of people management and or / project management experience;
- Experience in mentoring younger software engineers;
- Knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and Object-Oriented Design;
- Coding experience in one or more of these technologies is a plus: C#, Java, Python;
- AWS, Kubernetes, Microservices Development experience (Nice-to-have);
- Relational Database experience: SQLServer, Oracle (Nice-to-have);
- Continuous delivery and testing techniques (Nice-to-have);
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
