We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for a project in Lisbon area for a Maternity Leave Cover until Dec'25, but can be extended.
Requirements:
-3+ years in client-facing roles with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building;
-Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Consulting, or similar technical client-facing roles in software;
-Experience supporting SMB or mid-market SaaS customers, understanding their growth drivers;
-Solid understanding of Enterprise IT fundamentals and software implementation challenges;
-Proven ability to engage technical stakeholders and navigate IT processes to ensure customer success;
-Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external teams to achieve customer outcomes;
-Fluent in English language.
