Customer Service Representative

Social media / e-commerce platforms
About your role:
• Provide an excellent customer service from day one
• Assist with client’s queries & issues regarding the brand you are representing
• Manage clients’ portfolios & keeping track of all information
• Ensure a positive experience throughout the customer’s journey
Skill set:
• Level C1/C2 or Native German / French or Dutch (eliminatory)
• Fluent English Speaker
• Happy to deliver high-quality customer service across multiple support platforms
• Enthusiastic about technology products
