Nortempo Lisbon is currently in the process of recruiting Customer Service Assistant (M/F) to a prestigious client company.
Description:
- Manage the order entry process, receiving the orders from customers;
- Following up the complete order cycle from the order receiving until the order delivery;
- Support the invoicing process;
- Supporting the goods purchasing process, creating Purchase Orders and sending plans to suppliers.
Objectives:
- Contribute through the order delivery process to achieve the Customer Service level goals.
Requirements:
- Portuguese or Spanish native
- Degree on Engineering, Logistic, Management or similar
- Fluent on English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Knowledge on Primavera, SAP or Navision (preferred)
- Proficiency on Excel
- Familiar with logistic concepts
- Operational profile and flexibility
- Team player
- Immediately available
