Customer Service Advisor with German
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor with German to join our dynamic customer support team. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and supporting our German-speaking customers.
What You Will Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Assist in translating and localizing our products and communications for the German market.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Contribute to the improvement of our customer service process and strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- German (B2/C1) both verbal and written and English B2 level
- Eagerness to learn, positive attitude and adaptability
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Permanent Right to Work in EU
