In AmRest, we are looking for a Project&Facility Manager for our Development Department. In this position, you will ensure that openings and renovations of our restaurants are successfuly finished with required quality, with the best possible cost within the budget, timeline and AmRest Standars. Also, you will manages facility process in the region to ensure high quality maintenance of restaurants portfolio in most efficient way ensuring safety, sales continuity and cost optimization.
Specific Accountabilities:
Supervises execution of the Works ensuring realization according to optimal timing, costs and Amrest Standards.
Supports RE to get approval for new sites by making technical due dilligence and preparing the Capex budget.
Supports Design and layout eliminating non efficient solutions or mistake.
Estimates costs for non standard, complicated construction repairs and supervises execution of the works.
Manages Facility Management process and procedures securing proper technical condicion of restaurants across de region.
Delivers rapid, cost effective and high-quality FM support for all brands.
Provide service coverage for the kitchen equipment and building area in all newly opened restaruants in region.
Execute renovations of existing portfolio accordinf to the renovations annual plan in terms of managing costs with the budget and optimising the closure time.
