Community Manager

Solutions 30 is seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our communication team. In this role, you will manage our company's online presence across various digital channels, including social media and other community-based platforms. As the Digital Community Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our online presence aligns with our brand's voice and effectively engages with our audience.
Responsibilities:
Manage our social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content, responding to community inquiries and feedback, and monitoring online conversations.
Develop and execute community-driven initiatives, including events, campaigns, and programs that engage and retain our audience.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives and provide regular reports to the team.
Work closely with our marketing team to align community initiatives with business goals and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community initiatives align with business objectives and support critical initiatives.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing community-driven initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with other departments.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Passion for engaging with and building communities.

Soft Skills:
• A strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and online content (B2B)
• Digital marketing campaign mindset with the ability to plan, design and launch new initiatives. • Capacity to analyze data insights and customer segmentation, align with new campaigns and support business goals.
