This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or related field;
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Insurance or HR;
- Strong business skills and experience in working with cross/functional teams (e.g. Security, IAM, Finance, Internal Audit for creating process documentation);
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions;
- Demonstrated ability to learn both complex technical concepts and end-to-end business work flow;
-Experience with AI tools, Prompt Engineering, automation solutions like IDP and RPA (nice to have);
- Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts;
- Good communication skills in French (fluent), English (mandatory – minimum B2) and Portuguese (a plus).
