Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with issues related to returns or orders via e-mail or telephone,
- Assisting customers in registering and processing orders,
- Cooperation with the shipping department, with problems in the issues reported by customers, with defective goods and delayed returns,
- Cooperation with the finance department
Requirements:
-The ability to build the report
-Excellent spoken and written Arabic
-Excellent spoken and written English
