Responsibilities:
-Providing telephone and email support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) to help them grow
-Supporting and expanding the self-service advertising base for clients of small and medium-sized enterprises on the Internet and digital advertising domain;
- Providing pre-sale and after-sale support for all self-service products;
- Providing product and tool support to improve customer experience;
- Identify trends and solve problems faced by many clients from the SME sector;
-Providing engineers with important product information and customer feedback
