Responsibilities:
-Assisting customers in booking hotels, vacation packages and other travel related services over the Internet;
-Telephone booking of services / sales (only for incoming customer calls);
-Provide helpful and efficient service for both “on-the-go” and “after-travel” problems;
-Help customers with payment questions, changes, cancellations, or other issues.
Requirements:
-Excellent spoken and written level of English
-Excellent spoken and written level of Turkish
-Travel enthusiast;
-Knowledge of the tourism industry (popular destinations, airlines, hotel chains);
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-The ability to make a rapport

40 Hours per week from Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 5:00 pm
Night shifts (22:00-00:00) + weekend allowance = + 25% base / per hour
Night shifts (00:00-07:00) = + 50% base / per hour
