Technical Support Engineer - Lisboa

Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring a Technical Support Engineer for a long term contract role in Lisbon.

Skills & Requirements

Problem-solving and critical-thinking;
Technical knowledge relevant at support;
Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and written;
Troubleshooting Mindset.

Essencial Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Degree (BSc, MSc) in Software Engineering and other related areas;
2+ years of experience in technical support, debuging and troubleshooting;
Top Java skills;
Knowledge in coding, eg. .Net, Infrastructure, Oracle and Microsoft PL/SQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Web Logic, Shel Script, IIS;
Vue JS;
AWS and Kubernetes Knowledge as a Plus;
