Skills & Requirements
Problem-solving and critical-thinking;
Technical knowledge relevant at support;
Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and written;
Troubleshooting Mindset.
Essencial Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Degree (BSc, MSc) in Software Engineering and other related areas;
2+ years of experience in technical support, debuging and troubleshooting;
Knowledge in coding, eg. .Net, Infrastructure, Databases, IIS.
