We are recruiting a Supplier Analyst (m/f) for one of our clients located in Porto.
Responsibilities:
Responsbible for the Supply enablement activities;
Responsible for data collection and analysis;
Contact and invite suppliers to register in the SAP Ariba platform (preferential);
Support and do a follow up with suppliers;
Set up meetings with project team;
Research potential vendors.
Profile:
Proficiency in English and French (Level C1 - mandatory);
Graduated in Business Analystics, Management Sciences, Computing & Technology or similar (Preferential);
Knowledge in SAP / Ariba / P2P / P2O;
Experience in procurement and supply analysis
Organizational and communicational skills;
Proactivity;
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
Previous experience in a Shared Service Center (preferential).
Schedule: From monday to friday between 09 am until 18 pm;
Location: Porto
