A great opportunity exists at our facility in Hunter Plastics, for a Site Manager. This position will entail full P&L responsibility for the location.
Under general direction from the Regional Operations Manager, the site Manager will be responsible for executing strategic plans, leading and directing a team of
Senior Managers, managing the business to budget, setting and directing short term and long term strategies and goals, and developing a high performance team. In
addition, the successful candidate will take an active role in customer and vendor relations including new product development, driving revenue and strategic account
sales.
Additional responsibilities include; driving operational excellence through use of best practice, actively managing employee assessment and development, setting a high
standard for customer service and satisfaction, ensuring safety, quality, legislative, environmental policies and procedures are adhered to within organizational,
federal and state laws and regulations.

performing teams in a manufacturing environment.
The skills required for this position include production and process management; in a continuous process high volume environment. The ability to coordinate and manage
multiple responsibilities as well as the ability to interface well at all levels of the organization.
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration who possess a manufacturing background with experience in Lean
manufacturing. We require 3-5 years of direct experience with production supervision responsibility and prefer Union experience.
