PEOPLECONQUEST, a Human Resources National Company in ongoing expansion, is currently recruiting IT Help Desk Agent for a renowned IT Company located in Lisbon with the following profile.

We are looking for:
• Service Desk Agents Level 1 (low/non-technical profile): To provide technical assistance to users via email or phone;
• Excellent language skills in English and other international language (Dutch, Danish, German, French, Italian, Swedish and Finnish);
• Strong communication skills and team work ability;
• Availability for rotating schedules;
• Help Desk experience or IT knowledge preferable (but not mandatory).
