Dellent is seeking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong knowledge and experience working side-by-side with product teams to help them better understand their customers and how they use their products, through data research and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Between 5+ years’ experience working on a data focused consultancy team that is client facing;
- Strong knowledge and experience as a data analyst / business intelligence reporting role, using industry standard business intelligence stacks (e.g. SSAS/SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) or data analysis tools (e.g. R, Scipy/Matplotlib/Pandas):
- Professional experience with PowerBI is highly valued;
- Professional experience presenting and communicating outputs and outcomes derived from data analysis activities, to different audiences, using data visualizations that convey clear and powerful insights;
- Excellent command and professional experience with SQL;
- Good command of data preparation techniques for analytics and good grasp of Statistics fundamentals;
- Fluent in english.
Main activities:
- Fully understand the customer journey through in-depth data analysis;
- Design, build and maintain impactful visualizations, reports and dashboards that tell the story behind the data, helping your product team reach the right conclusions and make the right decisions to impact their goals;
- Communicate complex analytical results to internal and external stakeholders, in a clear and appropriate manner;
- Collaborate with product teams to shape the data we collect and how we can tailor our products to fuel the build-measure-learn cycle.
