Regional Delivery Manager with English

You come with:

English (speaking, reading and writing skills) – C1 (Europen Framework of Languages);
5 years experience in strong OPS BPO background;
Experience in discussing Design and Implementation of Business;
Proficiency in Operations Management: performance management, quality, training, WFM, operations forecasting and reporting;
Microsoft Office Suit knowledge;
Highly Strategic planning and knowledge to manage the Region;
Multiple major accounts experience in BPO;

Your day in Conectys:

Secures delivery of Conectys business results, targets and KPIs in the managed area;
Secures implementation of Conectys policies, processes, procedures and strategic / tactical / action plans in the managed area;
Supports business forecasting and reporting for the managed cluster;
Manages the cluster’s team performance and resources;
Liaises with peers in other departments (PMO, HR, IT, Facility, Legal, Finance, Sales and Marketing) and operations teams (Global Operations Support Center, other hubs in the region) to support Conectys Strategic Planning implementation in the managed area;
Represents Conectys in front of clients, prospects, in relation with Conectys operations in the managed cluster and area.
