You come with:
Minimum C1 level English Written and Spoken
Residence in Lisbon
Availability to work 24/7 shifts
Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
Advanced Excel skills
High School degree
Your day in Conectys:
You will promulgate schedules in real time to maximize productivity
You will coordinate appropriate staffing allocation and availability of call center staff in order to achieve service level objectives.
You will monitor real time transaction volume and intraday performance.
You will prepare intraday reports to assist operations to drive and manage agents’ daily productivity and performance
You will manage time off request and shift schedule swaps to improve staffing to align it to current arrival patterns to meet service level agreement
You will administer volume contingency action plans as deemed necessary and appropriate
You will facilitate real-time discussions with necessary stakeholders
