We are looking for a Portuguese Native, willing to relocate to Athens to work as a Content Manager for one of the biggest social media platforms in the world.
Your main responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse relevant data to develop ways to improve user experience;
- Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on the platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
You are the right person for the job if:
- Your native Portuguese (International candidates must have a valid European Passport);
- Easy going personality.
- Excellent ability to communicate with others
- Resilient towards sensitive content.
