We are looking for a people to integrate the Management & Control team in Lisbon.
What are we looking for?
- Good accounting culture;
- Master in Excel, and appetite for new technologies, multi-dimensional analysis cube collaborative tools like Anaplan;
- Knowledge of project management and Information Systems (IT);
- Minimum understanding of contracts;
- Agile culture in a complexe environnement (multi sites, currency…);
- Fluent in English and French will be appreciated.
Key responsibilities:
- Control of the adequate recording of the invoices in accounting, per Nature of expenditure, per Business line;
- Relationship with Head Office Finance teams;
- Perform the year to date analysis of the cash costs of the Head Office’s providers in order to prepare the Head Office’s Beneficiaries view, as well as estimation and related explanation of any impact resulting from an allocation key’s or Forex change;
- Ensure the operational maintenance of Anaplan: backup, access right management, structure;
- Respond to requests for reports or changes in reports; contribute to studies, benchmarks;
- Propose improvements.
