A well-known established financial institution, looking for an experienced HR Managers to be a part of our team.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Develop and update job descriptions
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Main Requirements
• Fluency in Portuguese and English verbal and written is a must
• Demonstrated work experience of at least one year in sales company
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
