Inbound and outbound support (eg. technical assistance for both customers and associates; eg. related SmartMobility or e-Performance services)
Ensure you comply with policies and procedures
Technical assistance and administration of customer account and related issues
Handling, monitoring and escalation open cases if necessary
Maintain response card(administration of opt.-ins and opt.outs)
· Excellent spoken and written level of English
· Excellent spoken and written level of German
· Efficiency and problem-solving skill
· Passion for automotive subjects and related fields
Initial contract with a duration of 12 months
Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with a base salary + performance-based bonus
Private health insurance immediately after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance)
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration

From 17,500.00 Euro Up to 19,500.00 Euro per annum.
Work schedule on rotating basis:
Monday to Sunday
6.00am to 20.00pm
