Responsibilties:
- Customer advice on booking and selecting hotel rooms
- Creation of offers based on the requirements and needs of the traveler and direct booking
- Receive complaints and solve problems
- Manage booking changes
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written level of German
- Excellent spoken and written level of English
- Motivation and willingness to work
- The ability to build a report
