Responsibilities :
Answer inbound calls from customers relating to UPS services
Processing pick up orders
Providing shipping information and quotations
Tracing packages and requesting proof of delivery
Assisting customer’s needs by ordering supplies, issuing messages and complaints
Effective use of UPS systems and functions
Accurate and legible completion of relevant paperwork and forms
Adhere to UPS processes and procedures
Requirements:
Excelent written and spoken Dutch level.
Excelent written and spoken Flemish level.
Motivated.
Driven.
Punctual.
Devoted.
Ability to work 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 06:00h to 22:00h and on
Saturday, 07:00h to 12:00h.
Salary :
With hiousing :
949.35 euro.
Without housing :
1,247.96 euro.
