Customer Care Advisor – English Speaker (m/f)
Our Customer Support Advisors will be an asset to growing exciting project, working for this big client that is a global leader in the IT field.
Your main tasks:
Troubleshoot issues related with technical equipment;
Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level (when necessary);
Always maintain and improve customer satisfaction level.
Our Profile Requirements:
Native/High level of English (compulsory);
Previous experience in contact centre would be a plus;
Customer service oriented, with outstanding communication skills;
Team-player;
Flexible and with stress resilience.
