We are looking for a Test Manager to work in a project in Lisbon or Porto.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Informatics or related areas;
- 10 years of experience, minimum 8 years’ experience in Test activities;
- Understand the project’s methodology;
- Able to manage a portfolio of projects;
- Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB);
- Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable);
- Risk identification and follow-up;
- Coordination and motivation skills;
- Strive continuously for customer satisfaction;
- Improve the test process;
- Proven analytical and organizational skills;
- Good written and spoken English and French.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the scoping and test design of one or multiple projects;
- Ensure the test management within one or more projects;
- Ensure the tests execution within one or more projects, in compliance with the standards;
- Ensure the closure activities of the tests within a project;
- Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies within the project.
