The job:
In this challenging position you will be responsible for the installing, commissioning and service of machines (food and non-food) around the world. The company designs and produce machines for cleaning, handling en storage of crates, pallets and containers.
The machines have a number of processes such as washing / cleaning, transportation, storage, (de) palletizing. Good knowledge of mechanics and control technology is required.
This position is based in Holland but traveling Worldwide.
Your daily tasks includes:
• Performing projects on location (World Wide).
• The commissioning of the projects and products within the prescribed times and budgets.
• Providing the best possible service to our customers in the field of systems , process knowledge and control in our production.
• Preparing all kinds of work in own workshop (Holland) and on site.
• To analyze, define, solve and resolve all kinds of problems in the field of process, system and control problems.
• The start-up and testing of the machines on locations Word Wide.
• Preparing and dissolve in the organization in collaboration with other disciplines of service issues and implement service activities.
Who we are looking for:
To be successful in this position we require the following experience:
• Secondary level or BSc degree Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Similar.
• 5 years’ experience as a service / commissioning engineer of comparable machines.
• Good organizational knowledge.
• Good knowledge of PLC (we prefer Siemens)
• Good communication and commercial skills.
• Stress resistance and experience in international travel.
• English written and spoken.
• Willing to relocate to Holland.
