This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to work in project in Porto (Hybrid).
What are we looking for?
- 9+ years of experience;
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows Server;
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server and MongoDB;
- Notions of network security (Web based architecture, IHS, Apache, Proxy, Firewall, DMZ/Bastion);
- Notions of infrastructure (clustering technologies, SAN, VMware based, cloud based);
- Experience with DEVOPS, Continuous Integration Platform (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Confluence, XL Deploy, XL Release…);
- Experience with Zabbix Monitoring;
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Operational support on all environments (investigate and resolve incident & issues, change requests, maintenance, on call);
- Level 3 Support on IT infrastructure;
- Ensure Stability of applications and systems;
- Improve tools and procedures (Shell Scripting, PowerShell, test scenario).
