The position is for Recruitment Partnerships Manager, and you will be responsible for following closely our recruitment partners in Outsourcing in Germany (recruitment agencies). You will work directly in Germany where the partners are located.
What’s my responsibilities?
You will follow existing recruitment agencies, with regular visits to their facilities, guaranteeing recruitment processes optimization.
What profile do I have to have?
You must be willing to relocate to Germany
You have to be a native German speaker and also fluent in English (mandatory)
And the knowledge in other languages is a plus
Got to be self-motivated
With an high sense of responsibility
And must be autonomous
