Key Responsibilities
Driving Performance and Results
-Ensures that group and individual targets are consistently achieved and takes prompt corrective action to address performance gaps;
-Continously motivates the teams to pursuit performance improvements and creates a working environment which is characterized by entrepreneurship, discipline and perseverance;
People Management
-Understands and identify which team members needs to be recruted;
-Coaches team members to maximize performance and their professional growth;
- Assess training needs;
- Analyze guidelines and quality of work performed.
Talent & Organizational Development
- Creates an environment of trust and respect & rewards excellent performance;
- Provides regular and and honest feedback to team members; supports individual career development by maximizing opportunities to build experience and skills;
- Coaches colleagues, identifiy their potential and provides them with development opportunities in order to prepare them for further assignments;
Required Skills & Experience
-Management or MKt degree or equivalent educationuniversity degree or equivalent education;
- More than 1 year in managing business units and/or teams;
- Good with numbers and Analitic Skills;
- Significant people management experience;
- Fluent business English (both orally and written);
- Intercultural sensibility/experience;
- Leading by example working attitude;
