Producing and evaluating dishes according to restaurant brand requirements, team management, ensuring inventory control, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
The ability to communicate in English
Ability to communicate with the team
Minimum one year work experience
Ability works in partnership with the CEO and pursues restaurant goals
Focusing on guest needs with each manufacturer providing full service
Motivational leader for team
Responsible kitchen clean and highest daily rates
Responsibility control kitchen inventory control
