We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the position of Junior Business Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with little to no work experience who possesses outstanding communication skills and fluency in both English and Portuguese. As a Junior Business Manager, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop the necessary skills to excel in this role.
What you will do:
Identify potential clients and create new international business leads.
Support the Business Team in the development of strategies that tend to the growth of the company.
Take an active role in the recruitment process by assisting in screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Assist in various day-to-day business operations, including administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Maintain a good relationship with clients and partners.
Who we are looking for:
College degree in Management/Business and International Relations, Human Resources or similar.
Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
Willingness to learn and grow, as a member of the Business team.
