Job Responsibilities:
Based in Lisbon, we are now recruiting Customer Service Representatives to perform inbound support by phone and email to the German market. In a contact center environment, the CSR will deal with service requests and, provide additional information from end to end including technical & contractual support to customers of a leading Console and Gaming manufacturer in the world
Your challenge:
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service and product related inquiries
• Inform customer about specific products, services, policies and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolves customer issues
• Promote relevant customer products
Your profile
• Passion to service end-customers (B2C);
• Native language skills in German (verbal, reading, writing) + good in English (verbal, reading, writing);
• High focus on customer satisfaction & service-orientated, and excellent communication skills.
•Very good PC skills
